The Details

Answers to your questions.

Is mobile physical therapy right for me?

Mobile care may fit many orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports-related needs when evaluation and treatment can be provided safely with portable equipment. You receive focused, one-on-one care with Dr. Zakaria Nadif, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, and the plan can account for how you move at home, at work, or in the gym. If your condition needs a different setting or another medical service, that will be explained.

How does self-pay care work?

All new patients begin as self-pay patients, and Argan Physiotherapy does not bill health insurance for new care. Before scheduling, you receive clear visit pricing based on the location and care you need. HSA and FSA cards are accepted when eligible. A detailed superbill may be provided on request, but any reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed.

I’ve tried physical therapy before and it didn’t work. How is this different?

Previous physical therapy may fall short when the diagnosis, exercise dosage, progression, or treatment setting does not match the problem. Your first visit starts with a fresh assessment rather than assuming the old plan was correct. You will leave with a clear explanation of what appears to be contributing to the problem, what can realistically improve, and how the plan will progress toward the activities that matter to you.

Do I need a home gym or special equipment?

No. Dr. Zak brings a portable treatment table and the clinical equipment needed for most visits. A clear area of roughly 6 by 6 feet is usually enough, and care can take place in a living room, office, patio, apartment gym, or another suitable gym. If your plan requires specific equipment, that will be discussed before the visit.

Do I have to commit to a long-term treatment plan on day one?

No. The first visit includes a thorough assessment, a clear explanation, initial treatment when appropriate, and a recommended plan. You can decide whether the approach and schedule make sense before booking anything further. There is no high-pressure sales process and no long-term agreement required.
