Your first visit includes a hip or knee assessment, a clear explanation of the findings and advice on what to do next. Dr. Nadif may begin treatment or exercises when appropriate.

You work directly with Dr. Nadif, one-to-one, with time to ask questions and practise exercises.

He brings a treatment table and portable equipment. We confirm your address and a suitable space before the visit.

If further care is recommended, you receive the proposed schedule and cost in writing before deciding.
